Nem nagyon megy a app és nem tudok mit kezdeni vele valamit csinája nak vele

Amióta frissítették állandóan elveszti a jelet, holott ott van a gyereknél a telefon. Nem jelez rendesen hiába van beállítva , már újra telepítettem , újra párosítottam de hiába.

Az utolsó frissítés óta, ha egy kicsit is eltávolodom a telefontól, az app azonnal megszakítja a kapcsolatot és ráadásul ki is léptet. Nem túl életszerű egy 50 m2-es lakásban állandóan magamnál tartani a telefont. Kérem javítsák a hibát.

The app was never a state of the art sw but it worked at least with my iphone. Since the update it is not doing what it should due to new “features” lile the security update that logs you out which is a huge issue when logging into the app is troublesome. Now it logged me out and would not let me back in (user/passw is saved in my keychain) saying username or password is incorrect. So i have a quite expensive system i cannot use at the moment. Well done Medtronic!

App signs me out of care link, saying i was inactive for too long. No option to turn this setting off. Forces me to sign in to care link only to kick me out 3minutes latter. App wont send notifications beacuse it just blocks the whole app. Clearly devs dont care about playing peoples lives releasing more broken updates each time.

After your most recent update the app does not even work. After opening the app it asks for internet connection (which is available) and refuses to work without it. Congratulations!!! Developed by idiots

Last update was 2 years ago, you can’t delete incorrect inputs, you can’t edit them either, not always start the sensors startup. Update ur software and don’t blame me for updating my iOS.

The iPhone 15 series was released months ago and it still doesn’t work!! Please update

Why dont working with 15 series iPhone, if its working with 14 series? Please update asap! 😡🤬
