Not compatible with iPhone 15 Pro Max
Worked on my old iPhone with the same version of iOS as my current phone. Now it says “Unsupported iOS Device”. It’s an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

App doesn’t connect to transmitter. Tried with 3 different phones and no connection. With the price I am paying for the sensors and pump and all the rest of it, it will be nice to have an app that work. Again we are suing for something that was sold to us as compatible with app and it’s not working. Your pumps are amazing. But this is false advertisement, the sensor DOES NOT connect to your phone!!!! Very disappointing
It’s so frustrating, I am following the instructions as it says to do on the screen and it won’t pair even though when you Google the app, it says it works on my phone which is iPhone XR. Super annoying. I have tried MULTIPLE times and no connection whatsoever. This app needs to be looked at.
The app will NOT connect to the transmitter, I’ve tried for the past 4 months, different iPhones, different iOS systems. Nothing works. Don’t waste your time downloading this app. Shambles.
After trying over a dozen times to connect to my guardian 3 sensor I gave up & deleted the app.
This app continually disconnects from sensor for no apparent reason and I have to start the app from scratch so lose 2 hours of glucose monitoring while I have to go through warm up every time. Medtronic customer service are rude and unhelpful
What a lot of rubbish Medtronic should check the app before releasing to patients I tried for several times and it did not pair my transmitter to the iPhone I am using. Rubbish rubbish rubbish
I have never got this to work, seems it’s some kind of token application that Medtronic have forgotten about, in the mean time I see people using libre and other products with no problem. No wonder my health provider keeps encouraging me to move away from Medtronic
This app just can’t connect to my sensor, and the app offers very limited help beyond making sure your Bluetooth is on and looking for a particular light on the sensor itself. My sensor happily connects to my pump but this app just doesn’t seem to be fit for purpose. Waste of time.
I can’t even get the thing to pair up with my transmitter. I’ve tried multiple phones (iPhones) and it just isn’t working. What a load of crap!! You’d think being as Medtronic is such a reputable company that they would be more innovative and forward thinking. Deacon on the other hand has their app working wonderfully! Even connects to Apple Watch. May switch simply for that.
