Stopped working, very poor product support
The app stopped working on my iPhone 7 in 2023. Medtronic didn’t warn me that that would prevent me from using the app. Eventually, after about a month with their tech support, they ‘figured out’ that my phone was no longer compatible. I got a compatible iPhone 13. The issue persists where I get a gray screen after opening the app. Tech support keeps running through the same troubleshooting and promising to escalate but nothing gets resolved. It’s almost been 6 months and you’d expect a company that I’ve paid so much money to over the years to show a bit more urgency about my health device.
