The complication with WatchOS 10 no longer appears to auto update. When clicking on the complication, the latest BG readings are shown, but on returning to the watch face, a stale reading is shown. This is a fairly critical issue for people with T1 diabetes. When using the complication as a gauge, no idea what the gauge represents when units set to mmol/L, certainly not a valid range. The stats page doesn’t show the correct number of background updates, almost all zeroes.

Do not download my url has disappeared I can’t get it back doesn’t matter if I delete and download again now I can’t have my readings at all on my Apple Watch this is a Rubbish app that doesn’t work and the url just disappears

I was very happy with the app. However after only few days of using it on my Apple Watch, the complications stopped showing the informations only “??” and now the whole app is not working on Watch. When I try to open it is closing suddenly after few seconds. Hope the bags will be fixed with the next update. As this app is the life changer for all ppl with Type 1 Diabetes.

Regardless of what I do I can’t get the screen to display the graph plot of my BG. It will only display my current BG at the top of the screen.

This was a great app but I have a series 3 watch with iOS 8.8.1 so not longer works for me (needs iOS 9 or later). Is there a way to send me the older version of the app that works with older watch iOS?

Used to be a good app. Recently moved over to nightscout pro for ease and now nothing works. The graphs dont show on the app or watch. I dont have any data to view in landscape mode. The watch app can no longer be shown in a large complication slot (WHY…. This was the best feature, having the last three values with trending arrows) and there doesnt appear to be a nightmode screen like the apps screenshots show you there is.

I’ve just upgraded Watch from Series 4 to Series 8 and the app doesn’t seem to refresh as quickly on the newer watch, that chart/graph also doesn’t show. Are these known bugs?

I can monitor my son’s glucose levels from wherever I am, and alarms notify me if he is going low or high. Gives me such peace of mind

I’ve used this app for years now and it just keeps on getting better. I am loving the new night mode and the new features for keeping track of ‘cage’ etc. keep up the good work

I tried it a while ago and it was ok. But the functionality that’s been added recently is amazing. Thank you!
