Guesty For Hosts

Manca integrazione con Chekin e il passaggio automatico al software PRO. Bisogna infatti fare il passaggio manualmente come se fossero due software di aziende separate. Passaggio da Guesty for host a Guesty pro molto poco snello.

Molto semplice e intuitiva

Ha molte ottime soluzioni, intuitiva e piacevole. Forse unica pecca è che da iPhone spesso si disconnette dall'account e bisogna rifare il login.

After try many channels managers (I really mean many...), I finally find yourporter the most user friendly with the main features I was looking for. They have also a great customer service and are always improving. I manage more than 50 apartments, yourporter made my life easier! Recommended!!!!

Great app, good support. I just suggest to work a bit on the speed!

First of all : when you place your email and password, they don’t recognize the password. Then they keep mentioning that they will email you a reset link and they don’t !!!! Secondly : Then after this your Airbnb is locked ! You can not find a phone number or a human . I can’t get my Airbnb to work because now it’s controlled by this crazy app that I don’t have access to 😫! This is a definition of nightmare !

I usually use the web interface but the Moble app is great too. I've used Guesty for hosts for well over two years and I couldn't imagine working without it. My business runs on autopilot now that I've set up all the guest messaging. Their direct booking platform works wonders. Also little things like their automated guest forms come in handy when I need to manually run a security deposit from booking dot com. Anytime I had a problem their support team always comes through and finds a way to fix it. Highly recommended.

I like Guesty, as I’ve been using it for almost a year. It has the features I need, and the pricing is reasonable. I like the calendar sync, the automated messaging platform, and the customer service has been good. I use the web platform more than the app. The app isn’t bad, it can just be a bit sluggish sometimes and with what I’m doing, I prefer to use desktop interface on the web. Maybe just a personal preference, but Guesty as a platform is solid.

I got this App to manage my STR over several platforms. Unfortunately had to switch to manually blocking the dates everytime I got a booking (rendering this app useless) as I was getting constantly double booked.

Love the functions of Guesty and how it supports our growth in the STR space. The financials enable us to really see what is going on!
