Als je geen gids wil lezen maar realtime begeleiding, routekeuzes en achtergrond verhalen wilt is dit een prima keuze. Op basis van waar je bent in yellowstone krijg je highlights route advies en leuke achtergrond info. Wel in het Engels maar goed te verstaan en te begrijpen.

In 2016 hebben we een tocht van 5 weken door ZW USA gemaakt en deze app was onze reisgenoot. We hebben zoveel extra gezien door deze app. Je zet de app aan gaat rijden en van tijd tot tijd krijg je verhalen over de omgeving of een waarschuwing om zo even te stoppen want er komt iets bijzonders aan. En soms zelfs muziek van de locale bevolking. Voor onze volgende reis naar Canada alvast de tours gekocht ze worden gratis geüpdatet. Het geld meer dan waard! Alsof je een gids op de achterbank hebt. En die stem zo grappig….
This app was a great solution to our need- a guided tour, on our schedule, with interesting history and commentary, and without the high cost. Perfect! Well worth the price. Easy to use. Technology is brilliant that it tracks where you are in the park/tour. Guide was fun and interesting to listen to. We will use it again for other tours!

This app was awesome for our trip to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. The narrator tells you what to watch out for, where to turn and has so many interesting facts while you drive. A definite positive add-on to our trip!!!
I used this guide in Oahu and The Big Island, and it was excellent! It has very accurate directions as you are driving, and definitely gives you lots of information about Hawaii, the culture, and the places you may visit or wish to visit as you drive along. The voice is actually very easy to listen to, and we chose this app over Shaka app, as we found the voice easier to listen to in this app. It comes on easily. It automatically starts talking through your radio when attached to your CarPlay and shuts off when it is finished. So you can listen to music in the meantime, or just turn the radio off. Sometimes it repeats when you go through a place more than once, but there are usually different stories when you go to a place and when you come back on the same road. The GPS was also excellent, and worked better than the Waze we were using to drive! This was able to guide us when Waze was unable to locate where we were. We travel all around the Big Island, and had a great tour just listening to it and stopping at different locations. Even the kids got a kick out of it! The price is good as well. Highly recommended for Hawaii! I haven’t used it anywhere else yet.
We loved GuideAlong! I have no idea who narrates this, but we named him Bob. We loved Bob!! So full of information and amazing stops to make. Would definitely recommend these tours. We learned a lot and saw more than we originally planned.
