While the app gives 3% interest daily, it will lock your funds and suspend you from making transfer any time any day with any reason they deem fit. I was notified that my funds can only be transfered after 12 hours due to "security reason" cos apparently I have changed my device without me knowing! Obviously a glitch! I am using the exact same device since day 1 and have gone through another round of mykad validation yet my funds are still locked for 12 hours. Reached out to the in app chat team also couldn't help and kept repeating security reason. /rolleyes

Is this going to be only for IC holders or will be for foreigners as well???

Problem occurred when registering PIN number when applying GX bank. Always try again.

Hi GxBank , so far I love your kind of services ; from customer services, benefits, and the smooth app, its really make the banking as easy as it is. However, it would be on par with current tech if support Apple Pay. Hopefully you put this as compulsory on the next update !

Like MAE, you can save/favourite a list of bank accounts but i’m surprised gx bank does not have this feature. Please include it in the next update. Loving everything so far.
