HLB Connect Mobile Banking App

I have been using it for more than ten years, but the app is getting worse and worse. I can’t see my previous spending records on my credit card.

App says password wrong after face id, dont even let me key in my password manually. After i uninstall and redownload, this stupid app tell me to remove my device to access the app, but the device im trying to installing on now is exactly the same as the one i was just using! How to remove? Now i cannot install app, cannot log in, cannot use token for web

please let us opt out from all your notifications on all promotions. you have no idea how annoying it gets when you’re busy with work and this irrelevant notification keeps popping up

It is really sad nowadays to use HLB. At most the time when I login it keep loading and indicate that there are issues. This happened usually day time, when I have to payment or transfer. It really frustrates me. Unlike my another bank CIMB, there usually no issue for me to login and my transaction is absolutely ease and simple! If you are in urgent better don’t rely HLB, especially payment. Else you will get shame and disappointed with the app!

I still can't get in after changing the password. I called the bank and said that there was no problem. I couldn't get in.

Constantly on maintenance or crashes. Downtime overtakes total usable time

I change to new phone then can't login...i go to outlet . Ask me call customer service. Why staff can't help me settle..very sad..
