HLB Connect Mobile Banking App

It is really sad nowadays to use HLB. At most the time when I login it keep loading and indicate that there are issues. This happened usually day time, when I have to payment or transfer. It really frustrates me. Unlike my another bank CIMB, there usually no issue for me to login and my transaction is absolutely ease and simple! If you are in urgent better don’t rely HLB, especially payment. Else you will get shame and disappointed with the app!

I still can't get in after changing the password. I called the bank and said that there was no problem. I couldn't get in.

Constantly on maintenance or crashes. Downtime overtakes total usable time

I change to new phone then can't login...i go to outlet . Ask me call customer service. Why staff can't help me settle..very sad..

I would like to withdraw FD and system ask me active the authorization management via apps. Request credit card pin for verification. Trying multiple times and system show me error😣 Pin i key in is the correct one but why tell Me is wrong?

Used to be a stable mobile app but in the past 2 months, the app has been very unstable and does not open, even after reinstalling.

When I log in the app need otp number but I stay at Singapore now cannot receive the message.Hopefully can use email to verify too?
