Best workout tracker app on the store
This is no-nonsense, half-done app created by either: A) Gym enthusiasts with no real understanding of tech, GUI/UX, or customer needs. B) Developers with little or no understanding of usability or, for that matter, an understanding of what customer value really entails, in terms of ease of use, etc. My belief is that the people behind this app respect that a grade-A app level can only be achieved by having on board all of tech, UX designers, and product developers with deep experience in the gym area. What it actually means to be in that gym with the need of approprate tracking. The elegance of this app is that while it looks fairly simple at first glance, it's a powerful, efficient, and fast-to-use app. Last but not least, the pricing model (no subscription plans) is a breath of fresh air compared to other gym apps.
Den har allt jag behöver och är inte särskilt dyr.
Det är lätt att skapa pass och appen är lätt att använda under passen. Det enda jag saknar är en visuell visning av hur träningen har gått över tid. Jag vet inte exakt hur det borde se ut men jag har två förslag: * visa en graf för en muskelgrupp i taget där x-axeln är träningstillfällen som man har tränat just den den muskelgruppen och y-axeln visar någon form av vägd siffra för total vikt. Detta blir en något abstrakt siffra men som ändå visar utvecklingen. Tex ska man se hur utvecklingen har varit för tex triceps. * den andra grafen visar hur bra man överhuvudtaget tränar. X-axel visar vecka/månad och y-axel visar antal pass per vecka/månad. Detta för att se att man har disciplinen.

I’ve recently started taking strength training more seriously, and learned about how important progressive overload is. I’ve always been skinny and started with low weights, and when I started using this app, it changed everything. It’s very easy to track what you do each session, and to see how your progress looks. This is my first time taking strength seriously, and when using this app, I went from repping 7 on 37 kg while maxing out at about 45 repping 7 on 47 kg and maxing out at soon 60 within 2 months! The app design is clean as well and I will keep on using it for as far as I know forever!
This is the best app to log your sets
I have tried so many tracking apps for my gym workouts and this is the only one meeting all my requirements. Including an Apple Watch integration that is pretty much best in class for all categories of apps! And all of this in an affordable one-time purchase.
Easy to use, has everything you need. I would love swedish translate tho 😉
Perfect app if it where not for the calorie counting /health rings that seems off when using the app. Can you ask Apple about it?
