I was use it mb a 3 weeks , so that good and easy to use
Free options is enough for me, but I not understand why it tells me use smaller weight then I can do ,and I always writing my own kg so I use it like a writing 📝
Poor weight
Clearly not done any research with free weight. Weight increase in 5 when weight can be in even number.
Not worthy to pay 5.99£ for full version
The plans are just simple and beginners ones.
Dont waste your money
WARNING!!!I paid £5.99 for this app for the pro version. It doesnt let you delete plans that you create. It doesnt reset plans. It wont let you delete statistics either. All in all its useless and the customer support is non exsistant. I sent them 2 emails and got no response. Stay clear of this one!!!

Just started using this app but so far so good I just want to be able to set my own routine and record my progress so this app ticks all the boxes

Great little app easy to use
Very Good way of recording weight BUT needs some more features.
I have given this a 4 star rating as it is very easy to record you weight and manage the time between sets HOWEVER there are still many down points these include a lack of features compared to other apps. Even though it is missing features it has good potential and the developers are helpful and listen to ideas that you have. Overall it is one of the better apps to record gym sessions however it is not a complete package.

Если за что и стоило заплатить так это за исторические данные, которые уверен при желании вы могли перенести или дать инструкции как пользователю самому сгрузить и загрузить обратно. А так согласен с коллегами по спорт залу, пришел в зал открыл книгу вижу фигу. А чтобы по новой заполнить всю программу нужно вам оплатить подписку, похоже на что нас имеют за наши же деньги. Что-то пошло не так
Пользовался на протяжении 5 лет. Были свои тренировки. В один момент приложение обновилось, тренировки исчезли, возможность внесения своих тренировок пропала без подписки. Синхронизация ни к чему не привела. Спрашивается, зачем это приложение?
