so bad experience ever and no chance to cancel the subscription

Not sure why the filters were changed. I used to be able to select multiple classes I was interested in and multiple instructors and locations. Now I can only select multiple locations but not class type or instructors. Please change back. I don’t care for virtual classes or some instructors and now I have to see them all on my app when I open. Please fix it to improve the user experience. Thank you

Prior to this app being a necessary download you had to scan your card and fingerprint to enter the gym. I guess they need you to have their app now, so you are forced to download it even if you don’t want to, and even though the previous method worked perfectly fine. Once I got the app, I guess their database is incorrectly updated, as I could not sign up for weeks. Once it finally worked out though, I started receiving a deluge of spam emails related to marketing and various ads which I did not sign up for.

I saw in my eyes while setting with the accountant that they have all My cards including the debt account ones. Which was never disclosed to anyone

They are the worst gym. I begged them to cancel. They said they cannot before a year is over. I said then cancel then. They then did not respond. Now they automatically renewed and after 5 months saying I need to pay the pending. I don’t have a job. I’m on visit visa. But they need me to pay. Horrible team.

When I stop going to the gym, collection company called asking for money bec the contract auto renewed even after completing one year, itis service I donot want stop charge and steal my money now they want to sue me what a joke

The application had a problem of generating the QR code for more than a month and I was not able to access the gym all that time because of the issue in the app. After trying to contact them multiple times with all the waiting and time wasting they couldn’t solve it. And later it got solved after almost 45 days “by itself”!

Sorry to say this, but I was wrongly assigned for 12 months. Agent fully confused me as explained for him I need gym only for 3 months as I leave location soon. Instead of that he assigned me for 12 months. When I noted this they said it was my choice!!! I several times asked to cancel subscription but they did not. As I final I used facility for 3 months and 9 months not. But they took money without any shame! Highly not recommend!!!
