so bad experience ever and no chance to cancel the subscription

Not sure why the filters were changed. I used to be able to select multiple classes I was interested in and multiple instructors and locations. Now I can only select multiple locations but not class type or instructors. Please change back. I don’t care for virtual classes or some instructors and now I have to see them all on my app when I open. Please fix it to improve the user experience. Thank you

Prior to this app being a necessary download you had to scan your card and fingerprint to enter the gym. I guess they need you to have their app now, so you are forced to download it even if you don’t want to, and even though the previous method worked perfectly fine. Once I got the app, I guess their database is incorrectly updated, as I could not sign up for weeks. Once it finally worked out though, I started receiving a deluge of spam emails related to marketing and various ads which I did not sign up for.

Been a member since they opened, best decision I ever made. Facilities are state of the art too! Trainers could be friendlier to non personal training patrons though.

I like the gym so much because of the stuff specially Greg the receptionist He is very friendly and so supportive So in general I would like to recommend the gym to my friends Good job guys and good job Greg Keep it up 🤛🏼🤛🏼
