Slow - unstable - terrible - guest lose requires 30 mins to setup / and then asks guests to click the button on machine every time - what a terrible terrible app ! Terrible device too if this app has anything to be gone by

The app and the switch is very unstable. When the app finally does load manual control works fine, but automatic, forget about it. Have tried deleting and reinstalling a heap of times. Will work on occasion but more often than not it won’t. I really want this to work as they described. Maybe they need to update the app and fix the bugs?? It can’t be that hard. Hager, over to you.

Terrible app. Has always been buggy and clunky but now it's got to the point where all locations in the installation are wiped and I can't create a new installation to start over. So now can't communicate with any of the timers

Able to load multiple timer devices on installation but when app exited and reopened later all devices are removed again, hope you can sort this as was working fine up to recently, now painful to continually reload devices for service work

Issues I have found: I needed to press the icon about 10 times till I got to the first page then couldn’t get past the log in screen. I hope you’re able to rectify this.
