All my devices show as being disconnected. After I try to reconnect many times in a row and after many error the devices are shown as connected but if I close the app they go back to showing disconnected.

Olá, Sai da a aplicação e agora não consigo fazer o login, diz password errada ou e-mail, tento criar outra conta continua a dizer que a password está errada. O que devo fazer? Obrigado João Santos

With the update to IOS 15.0 the app closes itself making it not able to use. Please fix that

This app works but just for a while, I have to uninstall and install again too often.

The filter counter worked before but now is not working. Just say “retry” and even when you retry nothing happens. Already reinstalled the app, and not working. The support in the app redirect you to the Chinese website...

You only get basic control of the units... no eco function and lots of others are missing. Why?

Very disappointed. I would assume the AC setup would be done only once. But almost every day all AC setup disappears. I need to manually setup each and every unit which takes a long time. Don't count on it while you are home or even worse, away from home.

Gostaria que isso fosse resolvido seria bastante útil apensar de ser uma ótima app
