Great for me transferring money and checking my account, very convenient and very easy

Unfortunately this app does work if you only have a Hancock/Whitney credit card…only applicable if you have a checking or savings account. I can sign on to the website and access my credit card account at lease on the website give to the option to select account type you are trying to assess but this app doesn’t have this option?

Thanks for helping me determine the issue. It’s a WiFi problem, not a app one. So, the easiest thing to do is turn off my WiFi on my phone and turn it back on when I get out of the app. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Have used app on iPhone for years. Got a new iPad and tried using the app. It will not work. Get errors and finally hangs up and does nothing. Terrible app. Useless

Always supportive, understanding and knowing. They know their jobs and they do them well. Also, courtesy is a big important factor in their business. Every time I go I’m greeted with niceness and kindness, and no complaints or anything even if I’m irritable, they are nice and I do apologize for any time that I had been. Sometimes at the end of the day when I’m there it’s been very stressful and that’s no excuse but just an explanation. Thank you for your kindness your giving your knowledge and BTW my dog loves the milk bones. Thank you.

The app falls short with the limited search features. The most helpful feature is missing, which of course is payee. If you are searching for payments to a specific person or business there is no way to do it.

Well, if you’re not the one that opened up the account at your bank and I believe Louisiana it would’ve been the father of my two children and my ex he says we’re married and so do I and it’s probably just for convenience purposes but mainly he says that and something else that I believe is that you did a great job on catching the fact that my son‘s Social Security check who is 18 years old and lives with me and my beneficiary was not given to anyone else other than back to Social Security. I was told via phone by listening on speaker by his father when he went into the actual bank itself, In Jacksonville Flordia to resolve a problem with this because Social Security had told me that that check and definitely cleared the bank and that, I would have to contact the bank so when we did so and he walked in, they clearly said that they would take the check and issue it to my son and mail it who it was was written out to begin with the check was not signed on the back and I believe that is what you caught and for that reason right there thank you and I appreciate you doing this and sending it back to Social Security and not to our home because I’ve had a lot of problems with this very thing and that is my son is going to have to open up his own account, not use one of his fathers meaning his father to no longer deposit checks into any of his accounts and while I agreed to do this it’s because I knew he was trying to set me up so I never signed the back of the check and he’s going to say that that card came here and that I was not supposed to open it or it was stolen, but I can tell you this it came to 40026 Ben Road Waycross Georgia and for seven days he bugged me every day about this card and wanted to know where it was at so long story short he told me to activate the card on my device and so I did so and then said I could deposit Chases check this way. Well I did just that and I’m not real smart when it comes to things of that nature I’m not as savvy as he is as they say with moving his money around, but I’m sure he is going to claim that he was ripped off and I had access to his account he does quite a bit. He has a history of it so thank you again for catching this and not allowing him to touch any money in that account is $50 mainly and that’s all he had. I don’t know what he did with the other monies. Maybe those were done inappropriately as well. Who knows I wouldn’t doubt it, but I do believe this that, if I were to contact Social Security and they tell

I have always been very pleased with the service at my local branch on Ryan Street! From the moment the tellers greet you as you enter the lobby to the officers that step up from their desks to answer any questions or help with an application! BRAVO to the positivity and professionalism at my local Hancock-Whitney! Thank you for all you do!

This app has made banking so much easier. I can stay home or at work and deposit my pay check immediately. No standing or waiting in line to deposit or do any banking. I’m still kind of nervous using it. Scared of hackers etc, but I still love it!
