I updated the app as required however, it continues to say it needs to be updated to be used even after the update. No other update is available.

I just booked two appointments and only one shows up in the app. I have tried multiple times to save my profile and it keeps telling me my phone number is already in use. I am frustrated.

It’ll say my membership credit is applicable and than at checkout it disappears and full price comes up

When I download an app and it’s the exact same experience or worse than the website, I wonder what the point of it is. I can’t book anything but a one hour Swedish massage even though my local franchise offers a whole lot more. And when I talk to the front desk They say they have no input on what’s available there. So I guess if you want a one hour Swedish massage the app is great but if you want anything longer or different, good luck with this app.

It keeps saying it’s out of date. THERE IS NO UPDATE! Terribly disappointed. The LaVida system was so much easier to use and it actually worked.

I’ve never been able to book an appointment with the app using my membership packages. When looking to book, it first shows as $0 (using one of my packages), but the final screen shows I will be charged $80 at the spa. I was hoping that would have been repaired with the recent update. Not only has it not been repaired, I keep getting an error message that my app is outdated and needs to be updated. I JUST UPDATED IT. THERE IS NO NEWER VERSION TO DOWNLOAD.

I had to cancel my appointment and once I clicked on reason it came up that it was an outdated app although it was just updated a minute earlier. I could not cancel

I am a Septuagenarian whose Chiropractor told me my back pain was not skeletal, but muscular, and I’d be better off having massages by a skilled masseuse than visiting him, and I was lucky enough to meet Melissa, and she has worked wonders. I was a Golfer (2 to 3 times a week) and my back pain became so debilitating that I considered quitting the game I loved. Melissa (with her y10 years of experience) was able to employ her knowledge & skills to allow me to (once again) enjoy the privilege of playing Golf again without pain, and she’s brought the JOY of Movement back into my Life. I cannot begin to express my gratitude enough to praise what Melissa has returned to my life. A simple 5 ⭐️ Review here is simply NOT enough. She deserves 10 ⭐️’s . Just had the best massage. Echo finds the spots that need work and goes after it. Changes some hurt into comfort and moves on to the next spot. Thanks for making my body feel great.

The app is good for booking appointments and that is about it. The price shown when identifying the service is not always the price you see at checkout. You can’t change or update payment details on a suspended membership. These are basics for any app. Do better!
