This game makes you lose when ever you are doing good it makes a longer line and I had no line with 5 seconds to spare it gave me 4 more people omg so annoying

By far the best game stimulator I’ve ever played. I have. 3 of their games. The reason I gave 3 stars is because after each round the coin payout isn’t a lot, therefore its hard to keep up with the doctors speed level. If the coin payout was more than 200-300 and more like 500-600 it’ll be better game play. As well as nurses speed and the machines. It’s not bough coins given for game upgrades.

There should be more ways to earn more coin and power ups. The game is fun but it would take forever to progress without spending money. After the first stage I cannot get past Oslo. And I did spend $10 because I liked the game and thought I'd play for a while but I'm not going to keep shelling out money just to progress.

This game is much fun, I can't stop playing.

I was enjoying the game and even purchased diamonds; however, this morning when I opened the app, all of my progress was erased. It seems suspicious that it got erased after I spent money on the value packets.

Very interesting game but if you’re not careful, you’ll find yourself spending a lot of money to win rounds. Other than, the game is good.

First, for those of you who can’t get the machine to work in Venice, it is 3 items, the glove, stethoscope and the purple potion thing. I never had a problem so I hope that helps! Now on to the review - I enjoyed the game quite a lot while playing the levels. However now that all I have left is endless modes, it’s quickly growing frustrating. It’s not even a problem to play the same level over and over. The problem is YOU ONLY GET 100 COINS PER LEVEL!!!!! That makes it impossible to keep playing unless you spend money. I don’t mind spending money and have on your game sometimes. But to literally have to buy to be able to do anything is super disappointing. Guess I will just have to wait for the next hospital or hope an update happens to improve this issue.
