Happy Clinic: Hospital Game

I’ve tried dozens of times to continue playing this game but it won’t let me do anything. I cannot even collect my free rewards because I can’t get it to work. WTH is wrong with this? NOW I cant even give patients what they asked for it literally won’t let me and I used the med pack and still nothing happened. I’ve also tried to contact support with no luck!

Fun game but haven’t been able to play for awhile due to validation error

Lots of fun and easy to get to the next level

I haven’t played any levels except Toronto since the last update, but it glitches every time. The bottom left bed will become unusable even with someone in it. Sometimes all the beds become unusable while the patients are asking for treatment. Please fix it

Bed in Toronto level in lower left section will not allow nurse to deliver items to it. It will also occasionally capture two patients in one bed. I have put in a support ticket, submitted screenshots, and the most I’ve gotten is a “we’ll look into your account.” No more feedback and no corrections. Do not spend your money because you will not be able to get around that glitch.

I really enjoy playing this game. It’s so addictive and for me, it’s relaxing and enjoyable. Love the stories, the characters, the graphics, scenarios and more. The only thing I would love for you to do, and help me (and many other players), is in the achievement section, it would be really helpful if every achievement have the location or the bottom (play or go) to go with one click. I go back and play again several times the previous location because I love to play the game, and then realize that I just won an achievement that I didn’t know I had in that location. I don’t know if it make sense what I’m trying to explain, but I really hope that you guys take my advice in that point. Thank you so much for your hard work and for creating my favorite game! 🤗🤩

Overall I like the game but it’s very hard to level up without spending cash. The game also has a ton of “syncing to the server” issues and restarts and you’ll come back to lower coins and/or your lives taken away if it happens in the middle of playing. Just had it happen and had a “validation error” game restarted and took the only 2 lives I had. Also can’t spend any of the tokens in the “event” they’re having without the game crashing. Fun game, but HORRIBLE glitches.

Every time I try and play I get a message that says unable to connect to server.
