Constantly have to verify my phone. Nearly every.single.time… 😒

App doesn't even work, I get a bad password error every time I launch it and try to use face ID. This has been going on for months and support is useless. Moving on to a new bank, avoid these clowns at all costs!

Love HarborOne Bank, but the latest update of the app renders it useless. After logging in it immediately crashes every single time.

The customer service can not be beat! The branch in East Greenwich, RI has the best custuservice in any bank I have gone too. they know you hy name, always address your issues and are very patient.

Since the new version, every time I login, I have to register my phone! Even after checking the input to remember the device - Annoying! It is also a pain trying to deposit a check! It takes more than 3 attempts! Every time the error message says “No internet connection” but I’m using my WiFi.

Every time I log in it keeps asking me to remember my phone. I have 9 phones that the app has “remembered” but they’re all the same device.

I’m still learning about Bill Pay and exactly how it works! I find it is not that user friendly! The programmer needs to be aware that the user (old people) might not understand the next step!

Good banking experience

App is very buggy. Most time I have to g in 3 or more times before it lets me in. Randomly doesn’t recognize my phone and needs to send me a text code. Crashes randomly at times and is delayed and clunky.
