It’s also too much hassle forcing people to download your app just to order. Why not just provide iPads like before. Probably my last time to order here. This just ruin the whole experience

Jujur, saya suka sekali dengan coffeenya. Meskipun awalnya ribet pesen pake apk, tapi kalau udh terbiasa bakalan ngerasa lebih mudah. Really, saya sering kangen sama rasa coffeenya. Apalagi kalau seminggu ngga kesini haha.

what is the urgency to force people to order by app?? do ypu want to fake fame your app or what?? its not downloaded because people want to, u force them to!!!! this shop is going for fake fame!!

Agak susah aja rasanya uda dateng ke tempat mau ngopi harus download aplikasi cukup berat 23MB. Tapi ya masak mall nya PP, paket data nya cuma facebook sama whatsapp 🤣🤣 Overall experience bagus kok, ga perlu tunggu lama buat kopi nya, bahkan bisa di notifikasi kalo kopi uda jadi, enak lah pokoknya. Sempet ragu pas liat review nya bintang 1, ga tau itu yang review bintang 1 beneran user atau black campaign. Gw si suka2 aja..

Sepertinya appnya belum matang, masih banyak terlihat kegagalan dan kecacatan dalam beberapa transaksi. Saya melakukan purchase dengan payment melalui gopay, masih terasa lama dan juga terjadi kegagalan beberapa kali

Ketika berhasil transaksi, tetapi pada aplikasi muncul notifikasi “Connection Loss”. Proses refund butuh 2 hari. Congratulation, you had already gimme a first bad impression and i will never come to your shop again, thanks.
