Impossible app
This app is the absolute worst app I use. It never recognizes my user or password. It asks me security questions I never chose. I can never log in without calling customer support.

Using this app is like using a stone tablet to write on. It takes a long time to carve your letters. Needs to be updated, like 2 years ago!!!
App fails to open.
When I attempt to open the app it just displays a white screen. At times when it opens logging on is a pain. It doesn’t remember logins. Also I can’t find my statements. As credit apps go this one is the worst I’ve seen.
Doesn’t work
Why not just integrate this with the HD app? Having another just for what seems to be CC rewards is dumb. PUT IT ALL IN ONE PLACE.
Tedious & Terrible
The majority of the time rather than facial recognition, app requires password & username even then it crashes or doesn’t open. Given the rating and all the bad reviews it appears no one cares.
Dishonest business practices
When I signed up for the card, they offered a $100 Additional gift card after nine months of use simply for signing up. They go out of their way to make it difficult to cash and gift card points from card use, but this was impossible. Finally got a response via online chat. First, they tried saying there was no such offer after much back-and-forth conversation, they finally admitted there was. Said my gift card would be coming in the mail. A week later, received a form letter saying that my card was not valid for that offer. That promo used at the dealership level was the only reason I signed up for the card. It is worth a mention that all the glitches and poor reviews for other reasons also apply here. The app is subpar, collecting reward points is very difficult, and their business practices are highly misleading. Complete loss of faith in this bank and Harley Davidson. Absolutely canceling my card and recommend you do the same. Don’t be fooled by the Harley brand. There are much better offers out there and they will actually make good on what they promote.
Garbage
It’s 2024 how is your app this bad. Doesn’t remember my face log in, always have to do manual, always asking me to add users. Navigating the app is trash. I would give zero stars if I could. Your IT DEPARTMENT SHOULD GO emulate any other major company like American Express or Capital one.
Worst payment app ever
Hello , everyone getting ready to download this app to Pay your bill, we’ll get ready for it not to let you sign in so easily. Face recognition will never work , Aaaannnnmd it will never remember you login credentials! Never So yes WORST PAYMENT APP EVER. Just like the 2024 new touring ,,,, messed up
Worst login in the history of logins
They way they have you login is just absurd, I’ve never had anything else ask for the stuff they ask for and even if you manage to remember this crazy stuff and just happen to mess up they’re liable to lock your account. So get ready to be on the phone with these ppl several times a year.
The App is Terrible
The app in inconvenient at best. When I want to log on it always makes me use user name and password. Biometrics are on the phone for a reason. Since the password also needs to be changed periodically I never remember what it is an I have to constantly reset my password. Which not only requires personal information, but the entire credit card number. The his app is the reason I don’t use the card more often. I’d expect more from Harley!!
