Charged twice!
First charge was notifisert in the app, second charge was TRIPLED the second month! -without notice. Also, the workouts are terrible. Would maybe be fine for 90 year old people.
Charged twice
I was charged twice by two different services, once by Harna, the other time by Madmuscle. Same amount. I wanted to subscribe for ca. 33 USD as it was advertised through Instagram, now it cost me double. 🤯
Mistake!!!
I have just payed chair yoga for 3 months, but after opening harna app I’ve got Pilates on Matt!?! I had total knee replacement 6 months ago, can’t do absolutly anything and on a matt😰
Consumer Beware! Scam
I joined on 11/24/2024, canceled 12/05/2024. Harna charged me a renewal on 12/23/2024 and refuses to refund me for this erroneous charge. Been fighting over email for days. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
Wrongly Renewed subscription
I canceled my subscription over a month ago and Haran renewed it for another month anyway. Subscription was supposed to end 12/23 and they charged me for another month, despite canceling on 12/5. BEawARE of fraudulent charges and deceptive business practices. Reporting the company to Apple, my bank and the BBB.
Subscription trick
The app is set up to trick and sign you up for services you didn’t request. Do not sign up for anything with this app. Original price was $15 first month then goes up to 39.99 and if that was not bad enough and deceptive they pile on a $49 fee for consultations first month then goes to $99. If the app is any good I don’t know but just the fact of the way I felt tricked I could not recommend.
