I signed up for 3 month’s subscription at a cost of £31.19 and noticed they had deducted the amount twice from my account. Upon contacting them they refused to refund stating that I had additional add ons which amounted to the same cost. This is not clear in the app when you click on the add ons - they appear free of cost and at no point was I informed I was to be charged, they just took the money. It feels like a scam and as a result I won’t be extending my membership

Avoid like the plague. They charge you three month after your initial purchase and literally specify you can’t get your money back for not knowing you were going to be charged.

The app itself is ok and I am happy to pay the subscription, however I am trying to get a refund for the additional guides that I have been charged £31 for. I keep getting told that their refund policy is transparent.. it is, but their website is not!! It was not clear during the subscription process that if you clicked on any of the guides then you immediately got charged for all of them! They are just pdf documents and definitely not worth the money. Because of, what I can only be called a scam, then I have only given this 1 star!

I downloaded the HARNA app with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and financially damaging. When I initially purchased the app through my Apple account, the subscription didn’t even appear there, making it impossible to manage or cancel like a typical app subscription. I was charged twice right from the start due to misleading in-app offers, and despite trying everything to cancel on time, I was charged three times in total. What’s worse is that HARNA’s customer support has been unsympathetic and unhelpful. I reached out multiple times explaining my situation, but my requests for a refund were denied, even though this unexpected charge left me struggling. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. Beware of unexpected charges and the lack of support if things go wrong. This app has been a major disappointment and a financial hardship.

A bit stiff but still but only day 1

I paid £18 for a month after seeing their ad on Instagram. In the morning I woke up receiving a message from my bank that they tried to charge me another £50 as recurring payment. Such twisted way to scam people.

Unfortunately this service was not for me due to medical conditions. I knew this month one into a three month reduced rate trial and cancelled my subscription via Apple subs. Two months later it seems this wasn’t cancelled and they tried to charge me for the next instalment (£120). I then couldn’t access my account via the app. I tried going through the web to cancel since it’s nowhere and I never received the code to progress my form. I cancelled this subscription yet clearly this hasn’t been actioned.

“I downloaded this app thinking it was different from other fitness apps, especially since it presented itself as a unique walking app. However, after subscribing and using it, I realized it’s very similar to many other fitness apps, some of which are available for free. Honestly, it doesn’t offer anything special. Save your money!”

Appalling service, they offer 3 months free and debit your account within a month, not user friendly at all, I found the whole set up a duplication of questions taking you back to the start. Customer service is shocking

I had a positive experience with the Harna app, particularly with their customer support. I reached out regarding a refund, and Lea, the agent who assisted me, was very attentive and efficient in processing my request. While the app does have its flaws, such as some usability issues and mixed reviews from other users, I found their customer support to be responsive and helpful. It's reassuring to know that when problems arise, there are dedicated individuals like Lea ready to assist. Overall, my experience with Harna's customer service made a significant difference in my satisfaction with the app.
