Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells

I have paid twice now for the premium pass and not gotten the coins that I was supposed to have gotten I have gotten everything else but I have not gotten the coins. It’s a little aggravating. I’ve been playing this game for over two years now and this is ridiculous. I love this game.. please fix this

“Harry Potter:Puzzles And Spells” is by far, one of the best games that I’ve ever played! Sure, it’s a tad bit challenging at times, and there’s a lot of challenging puzzles, and it only gets more challenging along the way, but I guess that’s it’s just all part of the fun aspect of it all. Once again, it’s one of the best games by far, that I’ve ever played, a definite 10/10.

I have been banned from the game but no reason given. I have asked twice but am being ignored. The email just says to be sure to download a regulation version of the game. All my downloads are though the App Store, so this is not my sin. Anyway, very it is unfair to lock me out and not tell me why. Foosie at bestweb.net

Please consider that not everyone wants to hear the sounds associated with the ads. If you are a person that dislikes random sounds the inability to mute the ad sounds can be very off putting. I mute the sound effects and the music of the game because while I LOVE playing this game (almost to the point of playing it exclusively) I am finding it harder to continue to do so because I need to play the ads but I DETEST the noise. Please make it possible to mute the ad sounds, especially for those of us who play our games while talking on the phone. Or listen to podcasts or literally anything else.

I can’t even play the game because the app constantly crashes!

Very poor Support system. Often just lies to you when you say you are missing a reward and try to pretend they’ve already given to you. They will CLOSE your support “ticket” without helping you and also you get the same repeated canned answers OFTEN. I’m supposedly a VIP. Have been playing since the game started. The developers do not get updates out in timely manners and they put more effort into selling you things. For example-the new events will be full of glitches but the new “package” you can find in the game store rolls out effortlessly every time. You join a team (I lead two) in order to play team events yet everyone on your team will not have the same event. This happens across the board so you can be in the Champion Arena competing against other teams that have better events than you that create more trophies. The game is not playable on an even field. They give they excuse that they are “testing” new things-yet they seem to always be “testing”-nothing gets completed except for the new bundles you can buy in the store (power ups and gold) The game makes you lose when you have puzzle goal left so you will want to buy 5 more moves. This happen OFTEN. It cost 900 gold to do this (approx $1) yet their rewards of gold are minimal. At the most -one of the BIGGEST events (Bowtruckle) and when you complete it…you get 2000 gold-essentially equals two times that you may “pay 900 for 5 extra moves” Warning-do NOT spend real money in the game! For those that stay strong and don’t spend real money-they get the opportunity to watch ads to get extra moves. As soon as you spend one penny of real cash-they take that ad watching for extra moves away. The company is pretty devious this way. A large group of us complained-did a letter writing campaign-they punished those teams for speaking out. After years of play-as you get to know how the game works -example-Magic keys -when selected they fly to targets etc. Bombs hit a few gem radius and so on. The issue is that once you are accustomed to how these magic power ups work-the designers change the code and the power ups do not work in the way you are accustomed. It’s frustrating to see first hand how little they care about long time players and the extra effort they put into in ripping off the consumer. It’s blatant and you will receive little compensation for complaints or glitches. Example-when explaining you haven’t received the trophies or gold an event was supposed to give you-they might say “sorry! He

If you expect the game to work properly, expect that your purchases will result in receiving what you purchase, or expect the developers to take responsibility when their game freezes, or glitches and results in loss of all progress, loss of your win streak, loss of your rewards-both what you earned and paid for….your expectations will soon be realized as unreasonable, especially considering most of the events on this game have time limits to a day or two and they have no intentions of addressing any issues in any way for more than 48 hours, and when they do, their solution doesn’t include replacing what was lost. Save your money and your time and wait to play until they figure out how to prevent their app from freezing or glitching and deleting all progress and rewards, win streak and money spent. Not worth whatever enjoyment you get out of solving puzzles, especially when numerous other games offer similar puzzles

Lately a different type if ads are running. They open odd attached websites that provide no option for closing or returning to the game resulting in loss. have to close out and wait out the ad. Very frustrating.
