I cant start game after upgrade.

Returning but quitting again

I was a returning player after removing the app years ago. The first time I removed because the puzzle always (ALWAYS) ended with requiring one more move (yes only one) to be done. And for that move you either pay or watch ads. Years after, I returned. It’s simply disappointing to see that the game wasn’t improving and even worse. (Still one more move always) I wonder maybe I’m free playing so I’ve to suffer this gaming experience. So I paid once in the app and the outcome wasn’t satisfied. And the game even changed dramatically after I paid. Everything used to be available to free player by doing quest or watching ads no longer exist. Shocked a paid player isn’t even entitled “benefit s of free player” because they’re stupid enough to pay. I honestly don’t mind to pay to play. I’m willing to contribute for better gaming experience. But this game wasn’t offering it. Not to mention this puzzle game took far more time to load than other similar puzzle games. Getting annoyed to communicate with their support as well. Wasting days to try to get a reward no longer available to me because I paid. If they stated clearly in the game that some features weren’t available to paid player, I’ll reconsider my payment or at least I don’t need to wasting my time to look for the no-longer-exist rewards and further bothering myself to communicate with their support. Thank you very much.

Love this game but…

Love this game but I hate those ads that cannot close with x button were annoying, there were no way to let me back to the game and I don’t know how to solve it. It was fine if the ads were about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Please help with fixing this.

經常突然跳出，超級袋突然無左，跌左電話入唔番辛苦打來的 Acc，投訴無門

Bugs of the ad made me lost the magic bag

I have image for proof. It happened many times when I’m passing the 7 level reward, the advertisement always lag and cost me losing. I lost my magic bag, lost my cash reward for continuous winning 7 levels. I am great supporter of this game, however this happened many times and bugs never fixed for advertisement issues. I require official reply and compensation from game developer.
