Very very good very very nice

Tried several times to order on the website, although this went through on the app straightaway the discount that I could apply on the website could not be used on the app which was quite frustrating.

Email verification took 20mins to recieve, the. Whilst your waiting the app resets and you start again waiting on another email

Prefer to be served by people than spend 20 minutes downloading and figuring out an app

Impossible to verify email so had to continue as guest and pay full price

The apps are not user friendly at all. Yesterday it took over 1hr 10 to order and that was only because I gave up and ordered at the bar. Today instead of trying to log in at the end of the order as it seemed to be asking me to,( I was presented with a log in screen but my details were not found). This time I selected to continue as a guest. It seems to have worked. It was not clear that’s what was required which was very confusing.

Well laid out app. Easy to navigate and use. Excellent 👍
