Haven Serve

The app fails to work. Food delivery hasn’t worked for months (it gives an error about caravan location, despite it being offered from a list!) and a click’n’collect order only works without adding a Privilege Card, as that too creates an error. No contact address to ask for help. A disaster.

It usually just crashes out as soon as I start an order. If it works it’s pretty good

End up sitting longer then if you went up and queued

Rubbish app, doesn't work properly

Drove 7 hours to get here, but haven’t been disappointed. Only here for a week, but will definitely be back next year

How do you expect people to order food via the app when the signal/lack of WiFi makes it stressful and very difficult. Taken me over 20 mins to get it ordered

Don’t use the Haven app use this one. Much quicker but the whole experience of trying to order 7 times was ridiculous. Shame on haven really, should just have a download link on the other app to this if the other one doesn’t work properly.

Much easier to use Haven Serve than wait on servers as they are very disorganised!!

Customer service is terrible - no one greeted us - no menus / no cutlery/ no napkins Food is overpriced and not particularly nice. Drinks taking over 15 mins when ordered on the app. The staff are doing their best in difficult conditions. Security over the top if it suits them - if as much effort was put into cleaning it might be better …. Sorry to be so negative!

Awkward to use. Not user friendly.
