The camera will not connect to my wifi and does not give me the ability to choose 5 or 2.4ghz. This is the third and fourth time I tried to set this up. Total waste of money and going into garbage.

Every time I try to go to the settings, the app crashes. I’ve tried deleting the app uninstalling it then re-downloading it and it does the same thing. I’ve got 100 Mbps internet and the app is real laggy

The picture is very clear however the sound is always statically. Please fix this issues it is always off line as well as you say you don’t Lois the recording well after two week you can not go back to the cloud and pull something up if you can where the heck do you see it because it’s not listed in the app. Also when your watching you video back it is always freezing up

Don’t use the app and download your recordings. It will be hijacked to their server, you won’t see it in the local album. Any thing private will be at risk of being stolen. Stay away from this. Initially it works for everyone to get comfortable then it download to the local album and won’t find it under “Video downloaded from from cloud or Video downloaded from camera” 😡

Won’t let setup a second camera won’t pass 90%

Camera will not connect it just sets the turning its self off and on. Horrible

Cloud Recording for this device is not available. Every time I try to buy cloud service for the camera, the app crashes. Whether I’m trying to pay by credit card or PayPal, it crashes every time. I have rebooted my phone countless times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It crashes every time. Not worth buying the camera without cloud recording.

Worked for 1 1/2 years then wont connect to the WiFi, still get motion alerts regularly even though there is no one in my house (ghost maybe). Can no longer remote connect.

This is an absolute piece of crap. Only worked for 1 month.
