HDlivecam

I've been using the app for over 2 years and it has always worked for me. I don't know why other users say it doesn't work, they can't connect the camera to the home Wi-Fi, or the app refuses to work when turn on location, etc. With me everything works 100%, even when I'm not at home I can connect to my HDlivecam using my network.

The divice stopped working

Since latest 17.4 iOS downloaded videos do not display correctly black screen or half black and half viable. App needs updating to fix this

There is no sound coming from the headphones, only through the iPhone speakers itself. Please advice

It requires access to your precise location to use the app…- dodgy. requiring to enter your Wi-Fi password into app it self. Features are very basic. Everything deletes every 24hours unless you subscribe for monthly fee and your data are store in some cloud on local me. This feels like the app is spying on you!

Previous version was fine but new update crashes app when you turn on location and app not work without location

Can’t get the camera to link to the home wi-fi

Very poor quality. Unreliable. Having it for almost a year in my shop I regret this purchase. I should have returned right away seeing how incoherent and useless the manual was. Obviously, there’s no support.

Please upgrade the app, it stopped working. Although wifi is connected it does not say online in app. Not being able to connect camera and app.
