App has been a great addition to my routine. I get a lot of panic attacks so it’s great to have something very quick and easy to use to help me get past that and ground me. My favourite exercise is ratio breathing. Would highly recommend to people with anxiety!
Downloading this app has given me a great head start to my new year resolution of finding mindfulness. I really enjoyed the blue light visualisation and the app is really simple to use which is super helpful. Will definitely be recommending this to friends.
I love the easy interaction of this app and the simplistic yet effective navigation. Could be used by people of all ages. Every exercise has been effective for me personally & the animations make for easy instructions! Worth a try!
Such a fun app for anxiety. Loads of different exercises to try and I love that it’s been developed by psychologists.
This is a great app. It’s practical and what I like most about it is that there are a lot of exercises under one app, so I can choose and select. It’s also forced me to take time out each day for self-care, which is easy to access. It has also made me feel calmer. If you’re looking for an app that is helpful and not gimmicky, then this one is for you.
Having used the software, my anxiety and depression have decreased. I advise everyone to utilize this application.
