Stop forcing people to download apps. It’s Forward SG campaign no? You are supposed to improve accessibility. Not to create exclusivity.

Would be great if we could possibly be able to auto sync data from health apps or devices like Omron or other BP monitors in particular.

My mum is a chronic disease patients and need to do blood and urine test after 3 months and then consult doctor to review her lab result and thereafter collect her long term medicines supply for the next 3months. After a fall, she was wheel chair bounded and it is challenging for us to bring her to the polyclinic to do the lab test and consultation. It will be good that there is home visit service by nurses to draw the blood and collect urine for her at home which is at her comfort home instead of her traveling to polyclinic , crowded with people and long wait. My humble suggestion and feedback

I have to constantly login through SingPass a number of times, it kept redirecting me to the homepage where it shows I wasn’t login, wake up your mind and get this solved asap!!!

After recent update (Jun-24) the connection to SingPass login cannot be done. Cannot sync. What sort of update is that?

Why keep getting blank screen and log out auto? Re log in via Singpass and got the following error again: You are not receiving personalised Notifications for Appointments, Bills and Video ZOOM links as you have yet to register your device. Tried many times, but can no longer login using SingPass! How else can I get notifications for my medical appointments??

Can’t log in to make payment on iPhone 14. Been like this for weeks. Do something dev’s for goodness sake, the app is sposed to help people, not make their life miserable.

Unable to login to check my appointments, it keeps asking for my Singpass, after Singpass certification and go back to Health Buddy, it asks for my Singpass again and we go thru the loop
