Very bad experience with this application.because i have only done 2 normal tasts they getting more money its ok but other issue us they not provide my reports .and after getting money they have not getting any responsibility very worst experience ever . Bad application.🤬😡
I booked and got my sample collected. The agent upgraded my pack to higher pack and I paid 3600rs for the test. Then by evening they had Sent only partial report. After calling couple of times they are just placing my call on hold and no response from there end. This is a scam. Don’t go for this. I have to go to some other lab tomorrow to get the test done again after paying these cheaters 3600rs. They are cheater’s
I booked a tests for my nephew at the time of booking they committed that they will share the reports by 2-3 days but after the many follow only partial reports received. Customer service is also very very poor even they not talked will and commitments are falls very rude customer service. I recommend do no use this pathetic and unprofessional lab services.

Best path lab for health checkups .Team is polite ,punctual and well experienced.Trusted reports by same day . And they provide consultation after the test.
I logged into their app, and they won’t stop calling or texting me till I don’t book a test from them. This should come under harassment. Please be careful to when sharing your personal information with such unprofessional company.
Absolutely uneducated customer care and false commitment are given by Healthians Team. I got a test conducted (at 6 in the morning)of Troponin for my mother and before doing so, I was assured that the report will come on the same day evening (since this is categorised as a priority test). I was fooled by their customer care though the days on the 6 calls that I made for the follow up. On every call I was told that the report will be is ready and will be made available within one hour. Later at night I was told that the test can’t be conducted as the facility is not available in your state and it the blood will go to Delhi for testing. Next day, I got a message that it can’t be done, blood samples have to collected again. Either I can get half of the amount charged as refund or give the blood sample again. Pathetic. Mr Amit Kumar from their customer care confirmated that I can log and complain anywhere I want to but the scenario will be same as it is. Uninstalling the app and will never opt out for this.
Hi Team, Why your application accessing the contact information as this application is only use for the test there is no use of the contacts. You guys are accessing contacts for the marketing purpose will report this concern to app store also.
Worst medical checkup app. No customer support non corporate professionals.
