in HEALTHiES you’ll get new lift workouts, hiit workouts, treadmill running workouts, and ab workouts every week.
HiiT workouts are formatted in a circuit style with a suggested number of rounds to complete (feel free to adjust rounds to your physical fitness level).
These workouts are aimed to increase explosiveness and athletic performance.
LiFT workouts are formatted in a sets x reps style. these workouts are aimed to build lean muscle and increase strength.
THE RECIPES
You’ll also have access to macro friendly, healthy meal, snack, and smoothie recipes. All recipes are single serving and have calorie and macros amounts available.
