App crashes after emergency contact page. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for 4 days. I’m going to run out of my RX. :(

Every time I need help with a billing situation, I get quick and courteous help through HealthJoy’s app!

So happy my employer told me about this app! All my benefit info all in one place. I submitted a request and got a response in less than 3 days! Love it.

Every time I try to set up a mental health appointment, the app crashes after my emergency contact page. I’ve downloaded it on two separate phones and it does the same thing.

You are always amazingly helpful. You always save us hours of frustration and you are always there to answer our questions and guide us to the correct direction.

when i can actually get someone to call me, i get great service. but 9/10 times, i can never get someone to get ahold of me to discuss what’s going on and it’s extremely frustrating.

I can not log in. You guys keep sending me a text and email but it won’t actually send it, I’m stuck at the dentist trying to log into my stuff for Verizon and this is so unprofessional.

I am so glad to have had my place of employment recommended Health Joy. They go above and beyond to research Dr’s and services to give us the best comfort in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this app. It assists with being more aware of resources provided by your insurance ina organized manner.

The app is terrible to navigate. I tried to get their help resolving an insurance issue and it just added complexity and delays without resolving the issue. I will avoid in the future.
