This app is shocking do NOT DOWNLOAD!! I deposited a lot of money then I withdrew my winnings woke up the next day too an email saying that they’ve closed my account permanently not told me the reason so I’ve not received my winnings it’s shocking waste of money and time don’t get scammed like I did !!

Absolute scam - downloaded and deposited money and have since not been able to log in, have tried to change my password and recover my my account via email but no luck. I have contacted customer services and got no response. They have literally stolen my money. Avoid at all costs.

I downloaded the app and deposited £15. The money came out of my bank account immediately but didn’t get credited to my Heart Bingo account. I contacted them on chat to say the deposit wasn’t successful and it would get returned to me in 1-6 working days. So they take my money, keep it for a few days and then return it! How is that legal in consumer law?

I had a win on this account they made me verify to withdraw my winnings,completed my verification and then they locked my account completely without letting me withdraw my money I then emailed them got no response the customer service is useless and will never receive my money..They don’t want verification or randomly lock my account when I’m depositing my money though it’s shocking would not recommend this site!

Update I’ve now deleted my account and the app absolutely shocking site!!!! Well I honestly thought I’d found the worst casino apps but this one goes way beyond the rest of them, seen the ad for new customers deposit £10 get £30 free bingo and 100 free spins, thought great but in the small print says when you play £10 on bingo, not very fair to the those who don’t play bingo, every promotion you have to play bingo or wager £50-£100 for free spins on slots! so I deposited £20 and the worst slots ever never won more than £3.60 other than that absolutely jack, now it’s not a bad review because I didn’t win, let’s not get it twisted! Stay away if you don’t want to be robbed. Out of £2K played on all bets under £5 a spin I only got free hands once on £2 and paid £15. Scam!!

I signed up, added £10 and was then entitled to the free spins. I won £98 and went to withdraw this and appeared successful, was told it will be in my bank within 2 days. Around 10 minutes later I got an email saying that my account has been deactivated and I’m no longer entitled to the £98 I won. Customer service is rubbish, was waiting in an online chat for over an hour. They haven’t replied to my email or my Facebook message to their page. Rubbish customer service and a really poor way of taking money off people.
