No one listens here. No way to contact. I can’t even look at my camera because constant pop ups. Also telling me I have a virus. Not true lies. I called Apple and they confirmed I do NOT a virus in my phone. They said contact the company. But you can not. Don’t waste your money.

HemiLink is a good security camera but the app has too many ads it’s invasive! Please remove the advertisement it’s invasive to our privacy rights amendment! Before update there wasn’t advertisement popped up. There should be options to turn it off like iCSee app has. I’ve never had ads popping up on this app for HeimLink camera now every time I open the app there’s pop up’s very invasive. There should be an option to turn off these adds!! This is app is no longer secure to my device!!

The camera goes offline every 15 seconds. What’s the point of purchasing a camera? Buy cameras, then forced to pay subscription? Going in the garbage.

Too many ads! Interferes with use. Sometimes the same ad 2x before you can get to the app.
Has a hard time staying connected to cams- I have six, and rarely can connect to all of them.
Actually came here looking for another solution- I’m done with this!

I bought the cameras and down load the app you have the choice to buy an SD card and record all the events but the App keeps on pushing you to buy their recording time and if you dont as I did they block you every day and bombard your app with a bunch of ads. I think the app developers are invasive and don't respect your privacy alone.h

I used to love this app — it was one of the best! Now it’s filled with way too many ads. You can’t even log into the camera right away anymore without getting interrupted. It’s really sad to see how much it’s gone downhill. I won’t be keeping my iCloud subscription because of this.

The ads are absolutely disgusting! You can't access your camera until the ad allows you to see your camera, and the ads take a minute to stop playing! That wasn't the case before when the ads were just at the bottom. The camera is unusable for emergencies now. Forcing me to buy a new camera from another vendor.
