Can’t use IPhone on my £1000 amp due to this horrific app there is now no Airplay since update

I could previously use Amazon through my HEOS app to play on my speakers but since I upgraded to the previous version every time I try and play it it just says unable to play from Amazon however it allows me to play from streaming radios on TuneIn so clearly it’s something within the app that doesn’t seem to be any settings or anything to play with that doesn’t seem to be any way of changing anything. It just really is frustrating.

My HEOS does not perform as it claims it should. From changing channels to grouping speakers. At times it will not work at all. All this with normal WiFi.

Disappointed that Qobuz isn’t supported, and as a radio app TuneIn is diabolical

Recently bought a HEOS speaker. Since the update can’t get into the app and it won’t let me reset my password just says it can’t be done at this time 🤬

Since the updated app was installed on both my iPhone and iPad it has been nothing but rubbish . It can’t maintain a connection with either device for any length of time . It worked perfectly before but now without restarting everything in the house it’s utterly unusable! Starting to wish I’d never bothered!

Great speakers, terrible app and connectivity. Temperamental.

Not great for a 2024 app to only accept smb1 for home server

The app used to be simple to use Things have just disappeared and stopped working

With the latest version, it’s not possible to submit a bug because you can’t select the product - which is a required field. Marantz / denon - really… you need to test your stuff more! We are not a replacement for QA. We paid a lot of money for your products.
