I was not able to complete my booking due to an inadequate selfie I found out but I had to be really persistent to have the help team tell me this. They had planned to reject me without any recourse!

If your in the UK, this is the wrong app, it’s an absolute nightmare to register, in fact you need another app with the word mobility (yellow background), once you’ve navigated the app, hiring is actually quite good - but importantly don’t leave your phone in the car / van is it’s the key!
Tried to book two vans both located in Cardiff, both say booked out at the time I wanted them for. For three hours In total, I drove my own car moving my stuff to a storage place, passing both vans but they remained in place. I spoke to the worker at the store place who agreed that all he has heard is that the app is useless.
Just reading the review from 4 years ago and the sign up is still unclear. The app and website are cumbersome and slow and the rates are not what are as advertised on the website
Nightmare booking process from start to finish. Constant errors when information was correct. Took more than 2 hours to get it booked due to every page not loading, error messages, not accepting payment, not accepting password etc despite all information correct. I just kept trying and eventually it would accept the information. IKEA say you can get a discounted family rate however no way to actually apply this so didn’t get it. They make it seem so easy, that it’s just 3 easy steps then off you go however that is FAR from my experience. Picking up the van tonight and fearing a similar experience.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD This app is no longer supported as they have made a new horrible app. You can no longer book on this one. A shame cause it was a great app.
The password authentication/ approval is just madness Doesn’t connect with stored cards so you have to add manually Doesn’t connect with B&q app so you have to dip out to get number Painful experience
I can’t login using the same username and password as on the website. I can login on the web but not on the app.
