Not an easy process. Unsure if vans are even available or not .

The app has no means to set up an account.

It's fast and easy to use

So I've driven by a half dozen Hertz 24/7 in Phoenix yet the app says there is no locations in Phoenix.. I'm confused, is the app wrong or are the signs at the stores? Get it together and make sure the app matches available cars if they're available in the Phoenix market..

Cheap and very easy to use.

You can't view when a vehicle will be available. You have to just guess? That makes no sense. Some days, I just might need to jump in a car to go pick something up and it doesn't matter what time and it could only take 30 mins, but there is no way of seeing when a vehicle will be available. Take a look at zipcar's app and get back to us with a user friendly update.

Really easy to use

Works well and good value. Shame it only shows the car types when you click through to the location. Would be good to have a slider for compact up to SUV

So convenient!

After the trouble filling out every field, the app told me signing up through the app is not available and has to be done via website. Thanks for wasting my precious time.
