I buy roaming for malaysia 3$ for 1gb but there is no connection there its E bar?? I cant use my roaming at all .. its sad for me
Does not resubscribe plan automatically even when credit is sufficient. Phone number becomes invalid immediately when plan expires, locking you out of the app, leaving you with no way to purchase plan now that *119# is down.
The most frustrating and worst customer support ever. There is no number to call at all and the only way to connect to a staff member is through the ‘Chat with us’ feature on their website - which I’ve tried multiple times and waited for over an hour long each time but could not get connected to the live agent at all. Went down to the physical retailer shops and were told by the staff there that they could not help me, neither could they reach the live agents on my behalf and the only way is, again, through the chat with us feature. Many regrets signing up for this heya plan as there’s no support at all if anything goes wrong. Happened a couple of times and each time no one to reach out to for help.
App is down while I need to top up. And there's no other ways to top up, It can't do auto deduction from bank Or CC and we can't top up in advance.... Every month I can't remember to top up on time because of this.
I have recently top up the plan 4 days in advance and the expire dates has short change the mobile plan expire date by 4 days. This is a bug when it come to calculate expiry date. This app calculate the top up date as the start of the plan and not base on the exact expire date. For early top, you will get a lesser days that you can use, and this is consider cheating. I am so disappointed with this app!!
Backed by SingTel but can’t even apply for recurring billing. Get with the times man!
1. Get rid of constant requests for OTP every login 2. Provide us users to have the option to go for recurring payment every 30 days. It's such a hassle to manually top up every month.
Tried to top up in the app multiple times but all unsuccessful, I just joined this telco in late June this year. Terrible customer service from the chat service with live agents who are unable to help their customers with their issue regarding the top up service in the heya app. The live agents will just sent you template answers instead of answering your issues directly.
Happy to purchase package with *119# when there is no internet connection. So helpful. Thanks
