recently come out a lot of stunt to lock you in, such as give you $1 but no way to spend it. To spend it you need a minimum of $3 to get the roaming or idd plan, which requires at least 12x more normal $10 topups to get the other free $2, this kind of stunt very annoying. other stunt like topup $30 to get $5, topup $50 to get $10 (1 month free). want give but dont want to give like that, is actually more worth and better to port out and port back in (but i wont), because it is such a hassle to get this card at offline stores. network getting super slow, and yet still no 5G, no eSIM, NO NOTHING. heya is really the worst experience, not to mention they keep sending you DAILY SMS to harass you to topup. if you topup at the wrong time outside their promotional period, you DON'T GET ANYTHING! contacted their customer support and they just say "sorry please understand". This is the standard of No1 network guys. The app still cant stay logged in, they program it to time out on purpose, why does a fricking telco app to check usage need to have time out like a "bank level" security? porting out due to other telco simply better. Singtel heya 4G although super fast at some areas, but rest of the place maciam like SIMBA speed, 1 to 2mbps... cant even watch video smoothly.
Otp always hard to come in. When keep on pressing resend, app ask to wait for 30minutes.
What’s the point of adding a chat with us system when the system doesn’t even work 🙄
Hi, Please develop a feature that by end of the current plan, if the credit balance is still enough for the current plan then it should auto deduct and renew the plan. For example, credit is 20$. Current plan is $10 package 100GB until 30/3, the by 30/3, the plan is auto renewed and deducted from the credit to 10$.
Can’t be requesting otp everytime in n out of app.
1. Get rid of constant requests for OTP every login 2. Provide us users to have the option to go for recurring payment every 30 days. It’s such a hassle to manually top up every month.
Very bad signal. No data in NEL. Not even LTE, totally can’t load google in browser.
You do know there are customers using your sim cards in their tablets. How are they going to log in when otp is the only option?
Oo my god. Scary… I use the heya SIM card to check for my balance end up error message is enter a valid 8-digit heya number. For number transfers, wait till it has completed before logging in again. I buy a new line. I know it’s likely a recycle number since I kept getting all kind of sms notification attention to another person name. I check using #119 it reflect I have 100+ GB etc but it just can’t access the app.
