This app needs to be updated to accommodate for larger screens. We’re about to enter 2025 and it looks like aspect ratio hasn’t been updated since the first iPhone came out in 2007. Apple provides developers with built-in frameworks like "Auto Layout" and "Size Classes" that help manage how UI elements adapt to different screen sizes and orientations.

I do not care for this app. It has more issues than it should. It freezes up or logs out in middle of a note. I also do not like how you cannot share pics within the app ( proof of a behavior or incident) and absolutely cannot stand how you can not check your previous notes ( to make sure they saved). Another bad feature is you cannot go back and correct grammar mistakes or spelling issues after you are done without deleting the note.

The app lacks a dark mode, which is a big letdown for users who prefer working in low-light environments. Additionally, the user interface feels clunky and unintuitive, making navigation unnecessarily frustrating. A cleaner design and basic customization options would greatly improve the experience. Until these are addressed, it’s hard to recommend.”

I have very rural clients and it has been a struggle to get enough reception to clock in/out. There are times when the whole app just lags. As a caregiver you have to click through a lot of screens, written notes are hard to see and correct.

Whenever it's time for me to clock in. It tends to glitch and won't let my log in at all. Happens 2 to 3 times a week.

This app is always doing unplanned and unannounced maintenance. There are no warnings but it’s always in the late evening when I need to sign in or out. It won’t let me sign in or out and my time is always screwed up. I have lost a good amount of pay with this horrible app. I know they do this on purpose because I am in development and networking.

Bugs! I can’t enter in the app

When you least expect it, it's down and will refuse to work no matter what you do! This is terrible, specially when they expect you to use the app instead of TimeSheets. Nothing is reliable about this app and system, you can't even message the agency through this app, or answer to their messages to you. This this is an absolute failure, I might just quit this job because of this nonsense!

The gps on that app is so bad that almost cost me my job. It’s a terrible app. And they can never fix it for me.

At my location for extra 41 minutes never turned green. So I want be getting paid it’s going to show like I never clocked out.
