I have complications every single time I use this app to clock out! It separates my clock in and clock out times. Also I can not change my PCA code to a RESPITE CODE. my clock ins have completely disappeared a few times. We need a new update fix the BUGS PLEASE! I’m am tired of messaging my case worker. I’m tired of buying stamps to send emergency time sheets in! Like what is the point of this app? 4 months in and still filling out paper time sheets because something always goes wrong! Every single time!

No marca bien los ponches. A veces poncho y me lo marca y al día siguiente me dice que no marco el ponche del día anterior por lo que pierdo el dia

My only real gripe with the app is the size of the digital keyboard honestly. It makes it really clunky to type on and I often have to go back and fix something because I accidentally typed a b instead of a space. If the app could allow for different keyboard sizes that’d be a great change.

I logged IN/OUT Saturday, Sunday & Today, Monday. The last visit displayed on the App is my Saturday IN. Happens every weekend— an App that’s updated manually? Worthless

My app keeps freezing I had to reset it like 5 times and it’s messing with me clocking in , it’s goin in and out and it’s messing with my pay

This app is frustrating. Once a blue moon this app would crash and every time I try resetting the password and insert the temp one it still would remain ineffective.
