Many time trying to use this apps. Useless & Not responding at all.

I downloaded the apps from apple app store. The registration and login process was smooth. The only problem is generating the ticket that my husband bought with his detail, onto the apps in my account since the apps were asking the contact phone number of the person who bought the ticket initially. The other problem is, i can’t add the ticket to the apple wallet. An error box popped up stating the error getting passbook ticket. I hope someone can help resolve the problem.

Before I installed this app, I’ve read the review, but mostly the feedback is negative. But once I installed it and used it, in my opinion the apps easy to use & smooth process to purchase the train ticket. Then once u’ve purchase the ticket, it will send via sms link & email too. Download the ticket from the link from email or sms, then you have the ticket with the barcode. Scan the barcode at the departure entrance then you will go to the designated Gate for departure. Overall for me the process is smooth from purchase the ticket, boarding and departure. Well done kingdom of Saudi Arabia to have this high speed train to ease the Hajj and Umrah !!

Who was the developer of this app? Maybe need to go and learn programming

Ridiculous app. Downloading app for cheaper option (5SAR+), ended up apps keep on error. Done fill in all the details, error once again and cannot proceed to payment. Ended up need to pay extra 5SAR and buy from counter. Might as well no need to promote this app. Ridiculous and wasting time!

للاسف هذا التطبيق لا يتماشى مع اي معيار. التطبيق بطئ جدا غير سهل للاستخدام. مثلا تحتاج تدخل بيانات حياتك كلها عشان فقط تحجز تذكرة. المفروض فقط الاسم او بدون لحجز التذكرة. لو تبغى تسجل في التطبيق عشان تحفظ بياناتك. مايمديك لان النظام سئ لان كل شوي يطلع لك خطأ جديد. للامانه ممكن يكون هذا التطبيق عقبة اكثر من انه حلّ.

Most of time system is down

Add profiles for family member's so it can be faster and easier checkout specially for frequent traveller also some kind of loyalty programs

This application does not meet the level of the organisation So slow and weak It want more update When I pay for the book the send error message and restart the book process again and the price always changes……please help the app🤝
