Well if you are someone who uses ebanking on a regular basis, then this app is not for you. The interface is outdated, services are outdated, app bugs are never fixed, transactional details are very unclear and many more.

Hi- MB provides the excellent customer service from this mobile app . Everything can be done instantly whenever you needed.

HIMB should seriously work on updating their UI and UX. I just don’t want to use the app unless it’s the last resort. I’d do it for free if they want me to.

Worst bank mobile app amongst Nepalese banks

This is the worst banking ever used in my life. There are so many bugs on ios version and issue in QR scan(couldn’t scan QR code of multiple bank). Not so user friendly and not optimised i will rate it 1/5 just because it allows transaction.
