Worst mobile banking service ever. The app is too slow, it has no Face ID feature. It cannot recognize QR code from saved photos. Doesn’t even have a search function. If I was not forced to used this bank from my work I would’ve wouldve close my account. Other banks are million years ahead and HBL is still in Stone Age. SMH do better
Apps is not updated and interface not properly working. In 2024 like this apps for banking really worst. Suggestion upgrade the apps with better function and features.
One of the worse bank in Nepal banking sector i had ever seen . I had applied for the mobile banking and received the mail after 1 week of applying by doing to much follow up and mails . Still the user name and password didn’t get logged in ..🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
They have to improve their mobile banking app its worse mobile banking there is no face id no qr scan
App is unusable with the new update
In today's technologically advanced world, this app's experience is like a decade old.
I am surprised that the bank like HBL has such a bad banking app. Here are some major issues: 1) The app is very slow and buggy. With recent update it is not opening at all and showing some errors !! 2) The interface is not user friendly. Just compare with other banking apps, this app just feels so laggy and difficult to operate. 3) The add-ons or services is very much limited (the ones present also not that efficient). The FD renewal function doesn’t even work !! Same with QR code payment - faced problems to use it many times (had to use other bank apps to pay because of the problems with HBL QR payment function) 4) I have complained (informed) the bank multiple times about the app during my visits but seems like they were not taken seriously!! 5) Even looking at other old app reviews, it appears they don’t care about them. The version history also shows there is not many updates and they didn’t addressed the issues most user are complaining about. It take time to write these reviews so I hope the HBL will incorporate the user feedback to address this issues and improve the overall user experience. Thanks.
