How to start over
Pls let me know how to delete played progress and start over it from the beginning. I tried everywhere I could find but it doesn’t work.

My favorite game! The support is great also, they fix any problem! All scenes are unique and extremely interesting! I love it!!!
Latest update
I love the game, been playing for years now but this update is terrible. There are glitches, I have been playing the vault only on level 1, it wouldn’t go further. You also need to give something more on the detective game. Nice idea, needs improvements.

Fix the game!
It was such a great game. In the past 2 weeks it is just lagging. It says it wants updates but after the updates it just deletes all my previous achievements...I had almost 3 starts at the new event and now they are gone...
Keeps closing :-(
After my bad review I’m very happy to report that I had an email from the developer to say that they are working on a fix for this problem. So I adding 2 more stars and will give 2 more if and when this problem is resolved. “Unfortunately this new update has caused problems and I am not enjoying playing it as it keeps on switching off. This is extremely annoying especially as it closes at important/crucial moments. This happens every time I try to play and if it continues I will definitely stop playing all together. A great pity as the graphics are amazing but it’s not worth the hassle and frustration.”
