These look like good exercises, but there are no transitions. When they change exercises, she is already set up, doing repetitions. Also, there are plenty of cardio and strength building exercises that don't involve jumping. We should be able to specify this preference in the menu of options.

Amazing. Can use almost anywhere, indoors, outdoors. 25 min 30/10. Still getting new exercises! Great for physical and cognitive performance. Never repeating same old, lots of coordination, keeps you focused. Easy to follow the video and good music.

I bought the subscription but it isn’t working, and I tried customer service but it won’t work, I was really hoping this app would work, I’m really upset because it was my last hope. I’ll increase my rating when they fix it
