Good but
Decent app but my biggest issue with it is no landscape mode! I use a keyboard on my iPad and if an app doesn’t go into landscape mode I won’t use it much. The customer app is landscape and portrait why not this one?

Crashes
On my my iPad, after having the cameras on screen for a short while it just crashes. Pretty poor form. This app has just got worse and worse. Burns too much power, sluggish and now crashes.
Needs landscape mode for IPad.
Would be 5 stars if there was a landscape mode I could use on my iPad pro.
DDNS
I tried to config DDNS many times, but it’s not working.
IOS - No notifications if app is closed
Partner and I are not receiving doorbell notifications unless the app is left open. Even then it stops after a few hours unless app is open and closed.
App works well but lacking a little
Hik Pro is is excellent for installers but the abilities of the phone app is really lacking. You cannot change intrusion or line crossing detection at all via the phone app. I’m not sure whether this is a bug with the app or it’s supposed to be that way. Also being able to remotely upgrade firmware would be handy.
App has some bugs need to fix
Good app so far. Some improvement need to have. Can’t see more than 16 cameras. App cash if view all 16 cameras. App. shut itself and not reopen Only work properly with NVR 76XX series, not with the enterprise NVR 96XX. Is it for large commercial installer or for small job?
