I totally understand that I’ve received the product but you have to understand that a scam happened to me, he took my valid products and replaced them with a blocked ones by Amazon, what’s your action to stop that and to compensate me for this big scam, I’ve been using your app since a very long time and because of your no action it would happen again to me and to others, waiting your support and action.

They facing financial problems and they won’t pay u , watch out ......

The dumbest app I ever downloaded! I tried logging in with Google, Facebook, and email but nothing worked! Extremely frustrating 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Be aware !!! They promise an insurance for lost items of maximum 1000 Dollars , but in reality they never give that insurance and dont support or followup on lost items.

لا انصح بالتعامل مع هذا التطبيق ، يعتمد فقط علي كسب العمولة والدفع مقدما من قبل العميل ، يعني لم يكن لديك الامكانية في التحدث مع المسافر بدون دفع اي عمولة للتطبيق وصاحب التطبيق ، وهذا شئ سئ جدا جدا هذا تطبيق هزلي وليس له فائدة علي الاطلاق وحتي تحكم ب الاسعار ، لا انصحكم بهذا التطبيق .

Hitchhiker has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery platform. I entrusted my parcel to a traveler who failed to deliver it, and despite providing clear evidence that the traveler received the parcel, they stopped responding to my calls and left me at a financial loss. The app’s customer service is completely unhelpful, refusing to take accountability and only offering meaningless excuses. Even worse, the app allowed offers on my parcel, despite it supposedly not being a “supported category.” If that’s the case, why was I allowed to proceed in the first place? This is a clear failure of their system! Instead of resolving the issue, Hitchhiker has wasted my time and money. They claim to protect users, but in reality, they do nothing when things go wrong. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this app unless you want to lose your money and deal with unprofessionalism. Zero stars if I could!

Be careful for this app they try there best to cancel the assurance as for no reason they ban my account after i have made a trip and paid for my items now my items and money are in danger as they ban my account and the number of the CS is invalid really bad app worst experience ever please for your money safety stay away from that app

The customer service doesn’t exists. If you faced any issue, good luck finding them to get a decent reply!
